The meeting was called to order by President Linda Myers.

Treasurer’s Report:

                  Checking account balance                     $   8,939.15

                  Certificates of Deposit                            $ 22,000.00

                  Total Balance                                        $ 30,939.15

Our profit, yet to be received, from the November 2005 coding seminar hosted with ISMA is $1,874.58.

Business Meeting:

There was an open discussion about the issues presented by the earlier speakers and billing and facility practice issues.

Mark Reynolds will be replacing Deb Overcash for maintaining the IRBMA website.  Any suggestions or changes can be sent to Mark or Deb.

Anuual dues are now due and can be sent to Karen Shacklette.

The next meeting is scheduled for August 16, 2006.  Any suggestions for program topics or speakers can be sent to any board member.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
