IRBMA BOARD MEETING

NOVEMBER 19. 2003

INDIANAPOLIS

President Linda Myers called the meeting to order at 12:00 PM.  Those present were: Deb Overcash, Karen Shacklette, Diana Ford, and Cathy West.

Meeting dates were established for 2004:

                  February 18th

                  August 18th

                  November 17th

IRBMA membership dues statements will be sent in December, 2003.

Deb Overcash has checked prices at the Marriott at Keystone and found it to be less expensive than previous meetings held at Embassy Suites, downtown Indianapolis.  Deb will try to schedule all three meetings at the Marriott.  If dates are not available, she will try similar accommodations in the same area.

Tri-Med surveys are to be distributed at the February meeting and results will be presented at the August meeting.

Suggested speakers for the February meeting are Medicare and carrier representatives.  Representatives will be contacted for possible participation.

The meeting adjourned at 12:30 PM.
